Everyday Ability is the creation of our four passionate founders – Stephen and Chris Eyre and Blair and Mark Tilbrook.
Back in November 2019 when our founders were all working within the disability and mental health sectors, they had a joint vision to create an inclusive, holistic, person-centred service that treats each participant and their family members with dignity, kindness and respect. With decades of relevant and complementary experience between them, they established Everyday Ability despite finding themselves soon thrust into the challenges of COVID.
The team’s compassionate and caring approach to helping the more vulnerable members of our community was soon recognised and NDIS referrals started to flow in. Today, the founders are proud to have a team of over 40 wonderful support workers who are dedicated to providing the best service possible for our participants.
We are committed to helping our participants enjoy independence in the community
We believe that everyone should be able to experience love and friendship in their everyday lives
We respect the right of all of our participants to make their own choices about their lives and the support they receive
