Everyday Ability was founded by passionate industry professionals Stephen and Christeen Eyre, alongside Mark and Blair Tilbrook.
In November 2019, while working across the disability, mental health, family support, and community services sectors, the founders shared a vision of creating an inclusive, holistic, and person-centred service that supports participants and their families with dignity, kindness, and respect. Drawing on decades of combined experience and complementary expertise, they established Everyday Ability.
The team’s compassionate and caring approach to supporting vulnerable members of the community was quickly recognised, and referrals through the NDIS soon followed. Today, Everyday Ability is proud to have a dedicated team of more than 65 support workers committed to delivering high-quality care and support to participants.
In February 2026, Mark and Blair stepped away from Everyday Ability to pursue other lifelong goals.
Stephen and Christeen continue to lead Everyday Ability, maintaining the organisation’s vision and commitment to delivering quality services to the community.
